Summer HAF2026 : Growing, Learning &Having fun on the Farm

What a Summer it has been!

All our Staff here on the farm would like to say a hugh Thank you to everyone who was part of our HAF Summer. It has been truly magical, filled with laughter, learning new experiences and lots of special moments made together.🌿

This year was extra special was we celebrated our 5th year of delivering HAF in Salford.

The Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme gives children across Salford the opportunity to enjoy healthy food, fun activities and new experiences during the school Holidays.

Here on the farm, we bring HAF to life through food, farming and nature. Each year, our children have the chance to learn new skills ,discover different growing methods that adapt to our changing climate, grow and harvest food ,cook explore the outdoors and build on what they have learned in previous years.

For us, HAF is about so much more than a hoilday club. Its about giving children the time ans space to explore, be curious and use their imaginnation with the freedom to play, cretae and discover, children can follow their own ideas, make there own adventures ans simply enjoy being children in a safe enviroment.

it about connecting with nature, with food with each other and with themselves while creating memories that will stay with them long after the summer ends.
